Festivals

In Singapore many religious festivals are observed, mainly Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepawali and Christmas.
Besides these religious fests, there are many celebrations observed as festivals, to name a few as;
Spring festival, Kite Festival, Ilite Fest.. and so on......

I will try to showcase these fests and snapped by me in my subsequent posts...

Deepawali YPL Family Celebrations 2010

It was a Milestone for the Initiative called YPL, by making it possible to have a grand Family Celeberations on the GLITERING OCCASION of Deepawali 2010, Almost 15 Families gathered to celebrate Deepawali , Children enjoyed the most, bursting crackers together and having great fun away from our native place. High Spirited Young champ

Yesterday that is Sunday 17th Oct'10, my kid Aryaman had Taekwondo Gradation Test, I was there with him for this gradation Test. There I came across a Very Young Boy, who has also came in for his Gradation Test, Just have a look at the Photograph and you will understand why I call that boy a High Spirited Young champ.

Splended BALI

.....I am trying to make something out of my old Photographs which I took during Bali Trip. This set of Photographs is something which makes me feel why Bali though a small Island - is a Beautiful place with a rich history. Click on this Photograph to visit the album.

...after lot of trying and efforts, I discovered that the efforts which I did were in vain, results were poor, hence I deleted the album with lite phots and replaced it with the album with bigger size JPEG files.....

I was working on some photo files to be linked with my blog.....the conditions were , the Photos should be light weight, that is with small sizes and the quality of the Shots is also not lost in the process...any way in an attempt to do this i am putting my today's post..lets see how it looks... Entering into the world of blogging...

today it is 28th Sept'10, in Singapore, but the date is displayed as 27th on the Weblog entry, probably due to timezone difference,

Its just a inquisitive nature to know more about different things, which propels a person to enter into new arenas...for me Blogging is one such arena, and I thought I should also give it a try..... any way I will be trying to post something which is interesting, and worthwhile at least for me.

Photogarphy is an area, which gives me a zing and motivation, and I would like to explore more in the natural world through my interest in photography.....
